Self-Logout
The desktop chat agent app now includes the ability for agents to forcibly log out of their profiles from all devices.
This feature is helpful if you're unsure whether you’ve logged out on another device.
Improvements and Fixes
- Improved full-size image preview. The full-size image preview now scales to fit the chat agent app window, eliminating the need to scroll. To view the image in its original size, simply download it and open it using your system's image viewer.
- Added shortcuts reference. You can now access information about shortcuts supported by the chat agent app by navigating to Help / F.A.Q. - Shortcuts.
